my 2/10 bulk also shipped today! pretty happy with the grades overall too

my 2/10 bulk (no subgrades)  just hit Grading/Quality Control!!

2/10 brother! my 2/10 bulk got broke into 2 shipments, i received my 16 cards with subgrades this saturday, the rest of the bulk (64 cards no sub grades) is still in the grading / encapsulating

My bulk order, 80 cards (CGC0285315778) that was received 2/10 was broken into 2 submissions because of some cards (16) having subgrades. the message was "adds an extra 5 days to grading" or the like.

Last tuesday my 16 sub graded cards were shipped back and I received them Saturday, but the rest (64 cards) of my order is still in the "Grading/Encapsulation/Imaging" stage? I'm a bit concerned about the rest of my order not moving and there being a delay, and 2 separate shipments. is this normal? any idea when I can expect the rest of my order returned? many thanks!

Once moved to Quality Control, it shipped the very next day.

oof, my 2/10 had 80 cards, 16 had subgrades. the finalized, shipped the 16 with subgrades 2 days ago and my none subgrades are still waiting to be graded

my submission (80 cards, 16 with sub grades) was received 2/10

they both moved to Grading/Encapsulation/Imaging last week

yesterday my submission with subgrades went into Grading/Quality Control  then today it went into Finalized/Shipped

my submission without subgrades is still stuck in Grading/Encapsulation/Imaging

my bulk received 2/10 (some with sub grades) just updated

both subs went from scheduled for grading to Grading/Encapsulation/Imaging during the system glitch last week

today, my submission with subgrades went into Grading / Quality Control where my sub without subgrades is still in Grading/Encapsulation/Imaging. was expecting them to be the other way around lol, oh well, glad to see movement!

my 2/10 bulk received went into scheduled for grading about a month ago, then the day of the glitch both sub/no sub went into Grading/Encapsulation/Imaging. no idea if its part of the glitch or actual movement, will update if anything changes.

mine says it was delivered and signed for last week, but not showing up in my account as received, is there still a backlog of mail to get through before they go into the system? if so, is there any rough ETA on when they will show up as recieved? just want to make sure my package is safe  thanks guys

I've just sent my first set of 80 cards to be graded by CGC. first time grader. From what I understand based on a lot of research, CGC is one of the harshest graders out there and getting 10's is no easy feat. This has a very good upside in the long term value of cards, especially vintage. PSA are known to throw out weak psa 10's. they let a lot slide, especially centering. I've seen some truly horrible psa 10's that have atrocious centering. when serious collectors want a true 10, they are going to look for graded cards that are actual 10s, like beckett black label pristine, or CGC 10 pristine. It's only a matter of time before consumers over collectors figure this out and I personally believe within 3-5 years a CGC pristine 10 slab will be of equal value to a beckett black label and more prized than a psa 10. 

very excited to get my first CGC order back, I'm not expecting many 10's at all out of my 80 i sent, but i know hitting maybe a few will be incredible long term holds.
