    I fell in love with this comic the first time I saw it in person! The postage stamp size pic in the Gerber photo journals, while invaluable, don't quite do it justice.

    Currently the only pre Robin Detective with a non Batman cover I have in my collection. Batman IS on the cover in the circular vignette, making it only the 4th cover appearance ever for him. I really dig the cover theme here! Very reminiscent of the era.

    This is a favorite of mine. L.B. Cole has long been an artist I've enjoyed in many genres, but some of his World War ll covers are absolutely stunning.

    Thanks Jack! I've been looking for some of these pence copies and just don't see them very frequently. Making a little progress in those titles, but it's slow going for sure.
