Small plastic particles in side of case.

I was wondering if anyone else has had an issue with floating particles or some thing on the cards after getting them back from cgc? There are two particles on my card that look like plastic shavings. One is between the wings and on is right by the right leg under charizards stomach. I have also noticed some scratches that were not at the top right of the card. These little squares also appear to be on the plastic covering on my card. Has anyone else seen these or had this problem?
