Yeah. It was 10 days before I got back to him. The initial request had some books he no longer had. I wanted to see if there were any other books I may have wanted. I didn’t mention the price increase to him, so there was nothing outside of normal communication back and forth. Nothing heated at all. i did leave the amount out as I was looking for responses based on principal and not dollars. Some people might care about 50 cents while others may not. Some might care about $50, while others may not.

That was the only one I had noted. While it’s possible, I doubt it’s what happened here.

Oh, no joke here. There was also a stated shipping cost on the online preset form. It didn’t give a maximum number of books for that stated cost. The cost I was given was almost twice the posted cost on the site.
