    Issue 49 is one of only two books I have left from collecting as a kid. It is my OO copy.

    Being one of the seven documented fans of Vigilante, it was my duty to put this run together. It took quite a while. Outside of the first few issues, there are just very few graded copies out there. Many of these are the only copy graded. I believe I submitted all of these myself except for one. I got that one from Torpedo Comics. There are several books that have dark front or back covers, and some of those were pretty difficult to find with 9.8 potential. I bought about half the run in one lot, and most of them were 9.8s. That was a big help. One boardie did sell me a couple issues and one of them made 9.8. The last piece of the puzzle was issue 40. I found several nice copies, but probably took 6 or 7 tries to get one at 9.8. I just got it back this week!
