It's been over a week, express turn around has moved down to 7 days, meanwhile my express order has been checked in for almost 7 weeks. I understand bulk being back up and such but this is wild.

  2. i have an express submission received 5/19, that still hasnt been graded, while the estimated turn around time is 12 days, people who submitted their cards in the month of june are claiming to be getting them back already? just curious if anyone else is experience weird delays.

I wouldn't grade unless you're selling tbh. Just have to look up the current sold listings on eBay for whatever cards you're interested in selling. Compare condition of the card to the ones sold.

Energy cards... "Collector".... Hmmm. That what people are calling them nowadays?

ive got a bunch of graded energy in my person collection. trainer deck b, secret rare, 1st base, etc

Shadowless Gyarados is likely your most valuable card followed by Mewtwo.

People are right though that these cards considered on the LP(Lightly played) side of condition, thus even today won't fetch all that much.

Unless you need the money, I would just get them properly sleeved and stored away.

I wouldn't even grade them yet since I think this is likely the WORST time to send cards to get graded if you're in it for the long.

Grading right now only makes sense to people who wish to flip in this hot market.

    Just my .02

if youre colllecting and you dont submit now, the only thing that will change in the future is that time has passed. and you cards will be raw still, but if you want to collect, submitting bulk stuff now means one day maybe this year youll have them back. prices are not going to go down for grading services.

It's an absolute joke that it's taking longer for CGC to check in packages compared to PSA. This is going to be the only & last time I submit to this company.

When I submitted my order it said turnaround would be about 30-40 Business Days and it's been over 90 business days and the package has yet to get checked in.

PSA was taking 13 weeks to check in packages just to be entered. Before the 140+ day bulk service started counting down.

God I chose cgc for my grails because I trusted their vision and literally imagined new workers actually getting turnaround times in order. So far a new building and still slower than ever.

dont forget, psa has an up to 13 week wait for cards to be entered into the system. if cgc only takes 3, you can get cards back from cgc before psa has even opned them
