I will let everyone know what happens because 48 working days will be Tuesday May 25th 

So I did email them and this is the answer I received Within the past couple of weeks, we changed the turnaround times on our website to reflect the time from when your package is delivered until the approximate time it is completed.  So, the days you see on there now would be from the delivery date and not from just when your order is just logged in

And this is what I hate no correct info . I just want to know when to expect my cards back. I have sent 3 different packages to another company during this time and I have gotten them all back allready

So I paid for Standard on all my cards it took about a month and half to open package and marked as Received. It was Marked Received 4/29 is this when my  48 days starts? if so basically it takes almost 5 months to get graded with standard is that correct?

Ok it is now 4/29 over a month later. We have been told that submissions that arrived week of 3/15 where being looked at for weeks now and still nothing it has been a month and 1/2 with no updates. What is going on ? I have sent in two orders to Beckett since 3/25 and got them both back already. Please update us with real answers, not the old we got it dont worry line

You have this new track your package button to see if CGC received package. I entered my USPS tracking number and it says you never received it
