    Yes, but that Zetraman book only uses the costumes of a Sentai team. It's probably used as parody/homage as I doubt they had an official license from Toei to use them. Sun Vulcan aired in the early 80s. Power Rangers adapts Super Sentai seasons from Zyuranger (which aired in 1992) onward.

    They aren't the MMPR...but they're based on Taiyo Sentai Sun Vulcan. Which was one of the seasons of Sentai that had a little involvement from Marvel. These issue shouldn't count for anything because all they did was take the Sun Vulcan suits and use them. Agreed that it's still cool.
