    Read my thread on this but tldr just keep calling can take a few HOURS possibly or have to try a different week day but they will eventually pick up just keep calling. Calling best way to update cc info I was charged instantly after giving update over phone. Good luck

  2. Called accounting to  update my CC info for my order. Rings for 5-10 minutes and gives you the option to contact operator line (this line tells you it's dead and hangs up automatically) or you record a message and hit #/0 to save it. I recorded a message leaving my cell number and issue at hand. Do I just wait for a call back now or should I keep phoning in and hoping someone picks up before giving me these 2 prompts if anyone knows the best route thanks.  (if anyone reads this with same question I just kept calling eventually someone picked up the call just keep trying takes awhile sometimes I guess.)
