Not sure which thread to post this in since there are 2 for 2022

I’ve filed complaints today after seeing the links above. I guess I’ll see if it makes a difference. He’s had almost 16 months to deliver two books I can buy off eBay for under $50 each. 

Still waiting on 2 books from April of 2021. Sellers like this give the business a bad name and make it more difficult to trust other people selling. 

They are also very behind with pressing books, I’d recommend getting them pressed yourself prior to sending them in. I think it’s a year plus for pressing service then grading. I’m coming up on 10 months with 2 books I asked to have pressed. 

I am trying to locate two books from the submission made in November of 21 that were sent for pressing. I am unable to track the submission on these books as they are past the 8 month time frame and when I put the number in - the website freaks out and constantly cycles through trying to load the page but never actually gets anywhere. It says to contact Customer Service if unable to load. 
 

I’m wondering how many additional months this will take and how I track the progress on these books.

Ouch. I’m upset over my two books that I spent $100 on. Still no new response or information from him.

More and more victims from this business keep posting.

I’m still waiting on two Batman 108 copies at 9.8 - ordered April of 21 and still waiting. Going on 14 months since initial order. Noticed on his Facebook page that ‘some are starting to come back finally’ that was posted early April of 22. I’d even take books that he has in stock but even those offers get ignored. I’m at a loss on what to do next, as he doesn’t seem to give a F#ck.

I’m coming up on one year since I ordered 2 books at 9.8 for Batman 108. I’ve personally sent in two sets of 10 comics to CGC and received them back since that time frame. They do lie and stall and I don’t expect to ever see the books at this point, also past the point to file a claim. Pretty shady business.

What do you think of the recent run (last 2 years) on Batman. I think it’s been excellent. 

I stopped taping my books shut quite a few years ago - as long as I fold the flap down and the books are packed in the box properly - it’s just as nice and then I don’t have the tape residue on all of the bags. Might be something to consider.
