Any help identifying this artist would be great. Believe it’s approximately 10-15 years old. I purchased the commission at fan expo Canada in Toronto. I believe the artist was working on Star Wars posters at the time.

I had this Batman commission done by an artist at fan expo Canada in Toronto. He was there promoting star wars art and posters. Sadly I completely forgot who it was.
I added a pic of the piece, plus close up of signature. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated!

Amazing Spider-man 50 - CGC 5.5 signed by Stan Lee! ($2100 valuation)
Avengers 4 Golden Record Reprint CGC 6.5 with Record ($550 valuation) Included is the rare record, and original ads that came with the book. Record is in working order, plus record sleeve!
I am open to selling either book outright, based on the valuation listed. I can provide shipping quotes, as the books are coming from Canada.
I am also open to a potential trade/cash deal. I am looking to trade for a key of lower value, plus cash consideration.

So, like a complete amateur, I forgot to label my shipping box with the appropriate markings to indicate what content was inside. I had multiple Standard submissions, 1 modern fast track and a high value re-holder (insert Facepalm emoji).
The package arrived last week, and appears to be stuck in limbo.
1) Is there anyway to have the package pulled?
2) If not, can you advise what weeks of packages are currently being opened?
