  1. My finished Comic order shipped Dec 2nd from Sarasota, hasn't been updated since leaving Tampa Dec 3rd, it is now Dec 8th and this is what it shows on the USPS tracking site:  4 business days with no movement?  I know CGC is not the mail carrier but this is unacceptable to me that they don't update the package for this long, is it lost, is it in transit as it says, are the walking it here? When you put tracking on an item (that is paid by a customer), this tool should be a reliable source of current info, is this a normal problem for CGC when they send out completed orders?

    Good morning,

You don't have to do anything on your end for the credit to be applied.  It is linked to your Collector's Society account and that is automatically applied by our accounting department when we receive your order.  You won't see the credit show up on the packing slip or online form, however, as that is not a live system.  You are not charged anything until your order is received and the paperwork sent up to accounting and then they will first deduct off the credit and then charge the difference.

If you have any other questions, please let us know.  Thanks!

    thank you

  3. i saw an earlier reply from CGC that said the grader would compare the FMV when they graded the comic to what we put on it, well i know i put what i felt the FMV was on them before they got pressed, so would assume the grader is grading them after pressing them, which would change the grade for FMV.  Mine still in the pressing process, so i am waiting to see if i have to pay more for the pressed FMV that they will be evaluated at?  This site could enter much better info on procedures needed for us to look up.  Have comics getting signed also, have had to ask when the signing will be, since they are long past the date to be turned in, understand their responses i have read before, "not gauranteed, artist might push back date", well have the Courtesy to be transparent to us about the turnaround efforts being done and when, just the right thing to do and save them many calls and emails i am sure,
