The king of the hill! . to say my copy is 1 of the nicest 4.5's I've seen is an understatement (IMO). I've had many chances over the years to upgrade but never felt the need as this book is visually just as nice as some of the ones 2 or more points higher!

I agree, if GPA wants to be (and stay) the "price guide standard" for cgc graded comics. something like this MUST be out into the GPA sale logs as it will certainly go for many thousands less than a typical 4.5, say what you want, but extreme sun fading from terrible storage (display) takes a massive hit on big books, and without notating it, will hurt the value across the board. ****This has been going on for a long time. and should have been addressed already

DD1 is much rarer to see in WP then AF15 and AV1. yet labeled "not so tought" - IMO With that said, TTA27 is the hardest to find (of the ones listed) with WP from my experience.

MC is a defect that drives me away from a book. (if to keep in my PC) over all other issues.

MC does not affect the grade of anything lower than VF. There is no way I pay a premium for a WP copy that has MC. in fact, if it has MC, I don't buy it at all. unless if using to looking flip.
