i checked the ebay auction when i was looking for the seller. the original listing doesn't state the pedigree :(

 

there was no chip at all when i submitted it. the book was absolutely in great condition. the chip must have occurred during the slabbing process. i got the book back like how it is shown.

 

cgc told me that they would need the original label, or that i should contact Paradise Comics to sort the matter out. Knowing Paradise comics, asking them about something like this is probably a waste of my own time because of the amount of volume they deal with.

 

it's still a great looking book. but that chip just bothers the heck out of me.
