These are awesome. 1982 SDCC was my very first con. (My mom took me.)

 

I'm not 100% sure, but I think this is Ralph from Ralph's Comic Corner from Ventura. My local comic hole at the time (he didn't have a storefront then).

 

OMG. I think you're right. I'm going to have to show this to him when I see him next. Ralphs has been my haunt for back issues for the last couple years. I ran into Howard Chaykin last time I was there as he lives in Ventura. Very cool guy to chat with.
