I'd say you did alright....looks like it a VF to me with a + to boot. Is that a stain on the back, or just oil transfer?

Thanks Collin. There are no stains on back cover, must be oil transfer.

Isn't that color fading in the red box lower left front cover?

CGC hates color fading.

Add that to the light stain back cover I don't see it hitting 8.5.

I'm not an expert on that cover so maybe the color is suppose to fade there?

8.5/9.0, depending on how those marks on back cover look in hand. I think CGC would knock it down if they appear as stains or scuffing. Nice looking book.

Is that a small tear on upper left back cover? I'd say I'd be very happy with advertised 8.5...nice book!
