Must read for all collectors, "the Card"

I just finished reading "The Card" which was a recommendation from Gene. He said it was good and I definitely agree. The overview of the book is a tracing of the history behind the Honus Wagner baseball card, specifically the Gretzky one (as it is known). What is so interesting about the book is that it throws in the dirty side of card collecting especially the undetected (or disclosed) restoration, much of which I was not familiar with. I definitely believe I would never consider buying a graded spots card ever. I have a great offer. Since I just finished the book and believe in recycling, 1st PM with an address can have the book!

I think you convinced me to buy it too!! Ive been following that story for a long time. I grew up with baseball card collecting. Looks like an interesting book. Thanks.
