I see them set up at the NY shows, and have visited their store. IMO, they are always quite nice guys to deal with. That said, I did request larger scans on one Fox book a few weeks back, and the grading was definitely a bit optimistic. Probably best to ask for larger scans if you're considering any of the books that just went up.
