Why is this Wow Comics getting such low bids?

I've seen it listed twice and it died at around $200 each time. I confess to not know much about Fawcetts, so I was wondering why this was doing so poorly. I thought this was a fairly big key, and the auction didn't seem overly suspicious or anything.
