What do you guys think of this key ASM CGC NM+ book

34 posts in this topic

I think this may be one of the best ones I have seen yet....how would any of you rate this one against something you have seen or what comicmankev bought some time ago.....This thing will easily break $2K -- I wonder if its overvalued here....this one may not be....

what held this back from a 9.8 --- we do not get to see the bottom two corners on the scan...maybe its there......

that book is sweet. i think it will come close if not exceed $2K with the way it has been selling. IMO this is the most sought after BA book right now so prices will continue to rise.

God help me George if this is the more sought after Bronze age book right now.

Wake up everybody! This book got dropped from $250 to $90 by Overstreet one year. Has it suddenly become a $2000 book.

hey i agree but it is asked about at every show and 9.6s have been getting $2K and 9.4s in the $1K area. I am sure a gp analysis will back me up on this. Crazy? Yes. But IMO, so is paying $800 for a 9.8 ASM #300..........

i am so lame foreheadslap.gif , that i have not seen the new OS yet, other than a peek at the local book store.....was not aware of that drop.....that is huge......wow---- even if this were to sell for 10-15 X guide, we would be pushing the limits here....i think some people are tripping over themselves because this is such a high grade key issue....this is near perfection.....the 9.2's & 9.0's have been popping out of the wood work and i have noticed a significant drop in their selling price.....

I think you're misinterpreting the comment. You see, it was dropped from 250 to 90 years ago... it has been rebounding in the guide since. Current guide is 260

top right corner is "smushed" and there are 3 noticeable spinal dings - 2 to the left of the top and bottom of Puny-sir's thigh and the third is in the green area to the immediate left of mini spideys (top left corner) kneecap..
