Even given the flaws mentioned - that book is Near Mint, three grades down from Mint, the grade it would be without them. If someone insists that it's near mintiness should be followed by a minus, well maybe - though I'm not sure I'd agree - but to call it VF/NM - I'm sorry, that's just wrong.
