Perhaps if he's "bored" with drawing, he should change his instructions.

 

They say tell him "exactly what you want". Check out the instructions for an Eduardo Risso commission:

Maybe if he gave himself more "leeway", he wouldn't be so bored drawing the same characters??? Just an idea.
