As a matter of interest, what do Bolland collecters, here, consider FMV for both the above mentioned covers?

 

No idea. I would have said the Annual cover wasn't worth whatever Romitaman had it at, but it appears to have moved. So who knows? I think Bolland's market in general got a huge spike from the KILLING JOKE sales on Heritage last year. Those sales put KJ out of the range of the majority of collectors, so attention for Bolland art goes to other things he's well-known for, like DREDD, WW, ANIMAL MAN, etc..
