Lower spine split one and one half inches, upper one half inch. Overall general wear.2.5 interior is very nice no rips or tears. OW pages

I own the top Census issue which happens to be 9.0 This one looks as nice.

If I was a person who submitted this one would be on its way to be slabbed.
