For some reason, I can find plenty of outstanding gold and bronze covers for dc, but the middle part of the silver age (outside of possibly the war genre) leaves a lot to be desired IMO.

I guess I was sticking to 12 centers, but certainly those are some nice ones (particularly the GL 8). If I went to 10 centers, I would include the 1st JLA in B&B 28. It's the mid 60s that I have a hard time finding outstanding covers JMO (excepting the war covers, as you displayed one beauty).

I see your point. There was a bit of a lull between the earlier iconic SA series and when Adams started doing covers (68?).
