You know, actually, after thinking about it....pretty sure that image is on the Popbot multimedia disk that came with one of those books. Can't remember if it's in the actual book or not. Still need to find them....too many long/short boxes to go through lol

Ok, just found it.

 

It's in the Popbot collection 2 TPB about 15 pages in (the pages aren't numbered). The collection contains Popbot Season 2 issues #4-6, so I think that puts it in issue #4 if you're looking for the single issue.

 

It looks a tad different than the two images that you posted (it looks more like you're reverse negative, but a little detail is missing from the image you posted), but it's definately the same drawing.
