I hope that's not Worldsbestcomics bidding on these Duck books.
Why?
Cause I hope he's the one selling and profiting from the madness. With the way things have gone, I hold out little hope of my bid standing up in the next half hour.

 

I bid on the US 8 but got crushed. I skipped the US 11 because it was too high.

CLInk has an identical #8 in the feature auction.

That's why I laughed when I saw the winning bid amount on the Heritage copy. lol

 

I will be interested to see what the C-Link US 8 goes for. Overall, I thought the Duck prices were very aggressive. The August 2006 Heritage auction pushed silver Ducks to a new level and this auction seems to have pushed them yet another notch up. On one hand, it makes the three extra CGC 9.6 Scrooges I have more valuable in a sale or trade but I am beginning to wonder whether my budget is sufficient to allow me to compete in this market.
