I'm not quite convinced on Tomahawk as it was a cover feature on Star Spangled so that's more like Batman collectors being unhappy to have to pay Detective prices for just a single Batman story plus cover.

 

Are the Tomahawk World's Finests that much more expensive than the regular Tomahawk issues that came out the same month?

 

Maybe a better example than a hardluck Tomahawk fan would be a Roy Raymond fan, having to pay the "Batman premium."
