CGC Serial Numbers

Is there a way to check the serial number to make sure it is for the book.

Thinking baout buying a cgc book, but I want to make sure the serial number is for the book I am buying.

The eaby seller has not sold anything since 1/08 and only bought 3 items, none of them comic books since then.

 

I do not want to be out the 250.00 paypal funds

Ok. Was hoping there was a place on their web site to enter it but I never found it.

I dont think there is on the website. I had the same issue come up about 3 or 4 months ago.I got the number and called CGC.They were really helpful and confirmed the book-serial match.

Sign in and then look under the "Grading and Submission" tab. There is a number lookup option

Just try adding it to your registry as the book he claims it to be.
