Not sure what character this is... kind of reminds me of a certain person that a certain board member got in trouble for posting pics of at a Halloween party a couple of years ago.

I had dinner with Billy Tucci and Frank last night. I ran into Frank earlier today and just extended a courtesy invitation to come with us not thinking he was accept. At 6 o'clock he showed up at the meeting place.

 

Frank is a real low key guy and seems to like it where thing are quieter. We had a great time talking about comics and art. He seemed to like geeking on some of the sweet funny books and art that was being passed around.
