They look marginally different. The flag is higher, the neck muscle is drawn different. Certainly Sup's left hand is different. The lright foot is in the water and the "v" of his book is different.

 

While a similar pose, there are too many differences for it to be the exact same. I wonder about the Bubblegum cards and the puzzles of the era which have similar poses. I'd be curious to know if those were a re-draw or the exact same.
