The the CGC 9.8 copy of the limited Black and white issue is up on ebay for $2000. Is this a reasonable price to pay for this book?

 

No, if you pay $2000 for this book you would be a top-grade insufficiently_thoughtful_person. Last CGC 9.8 copy sold for $250 - it was qualified (because of an unverified signature), but a true blue label 9.8 shouldn't cost more than $350-400.
