Ick. That has to be one of the weakest FF covers of the run. Anyone like it?

I wonder why Marvel let Sal Buscema draw the cover when John did the interior artwork.

Repeat -- classic Kirby floating heads on Journey into Mystery 123.

A fun Looney Tunes and Merrie Melodies 123 cover.

Last Kid Colt of my short run. I don't remember whether the pink shadowing is on the cover or just a bad scan.

Actually, when I saw it, I thought "Hey, that's different than most of their covers, I kind of like it."

Of course, that just proves all my taste is in my mouth.

Those are all Church copies that I picked up over the course of about 10 years. The 121 was the first one that I picked up and it's still definitely my favorite.

Beautiful copies, but alas its time for you to break up the collection.

I've always liked it too. But then I like most border covers from that era of Marvel.

I'm disappointed that I didn't get to see some beautiful copies of Amazing Spider-Man #121 and #122 during the last 2 days...

I was suprised to see that none had been posted also. I was out of town over the weekend. I'll post mine but they're not high grade. By the way your cover recreations are what's AMAZING!

And Today's 123

Strap-hanger types? (shrug)

Slobs riding the subway. Or bus.

If it is crowded and there is no room to sit, people grasp straps hanging from overhead bars

to keep from losing their balance during braking or turns.

Non-superpowered hoi polloi.
