Popeye Cartoon Book - 40-page version

Overstreet SCARCE / Gerber 7!

I love this platinum age beauty! The inner two wraps are detached and the edges of those four pages are beat up (see the photo) -- all the other wraps are very nice. There's also a 3-4" spine split at the bottom. Various bends and creases on the cover, but no tears. A scuff on the front cover on the "A" in "Cartoon".
