I have become a Certified Spinning Instructor and have a job teaching class 6 - 7 a.m. at the Gym I attend 2 - 3 days a week. Now I have some extra $$...not much, but some extra cash coming in so I want to upgrade.

My wife just got back from spinning...5 times a week

Keeps her in shape for marathons. I have done spinning a couple of times, great workout!!!

It is a great work out....when I spin for 50 min. I burn around 1000-1050 calories which is crazy. It is a good way to keep in shape :)
