I'm on bran flakes, lost 16 pounds since Xmas.

 

I have a taste for gluten-free muesli with skimmed milk. However, because of the fruit and sugar content, it isn't as healthy as bran flakes.

 

Occasionally, I add a sprinkle of granola on top.

i have gone on a strict midweek quota, my main problem was not enough of the 5 a day, plus i have gave up bread as that was my favourite but the worst thing i can have, along with stopped drinking indoors.

 

10am fruit smoothie

12pm branflakes and skimmed milk

3pm pineapple chunks

6pm stir fry with a different meat each day

 

then i go on execise bike 4 times a week

 

i let go at weekends alittle but make sure its still healthy enough and seen the results.
