Please be aware that shipping costs more from Canada than within the U.S., but I have reduced the amounts by 20% because of the recent weakness in the C$.

 

Shipping to the U.S. (less for Canada):

 

1 book = $4 (envelope)

2-3 books (2 giant size books) = $5 (envelope)

4-10 books (max 8 books if giants are included) = $11 (weight must be below 1 kg or 2.2 lbs)

Weight above 1 kg = $16 or more (I shipped 60 books for $30)

 

If you want tracking and insurance it falls into the $13+ range.
