Although the ink transfer on the back is not for everyone, this was bought as a NM- minus from a well respected grader. I have shown it to a few others who agree that CGC would probably not deduct for this as they consider it a production defect.

 

The few people that responded to my PGM thread seem to agree on 8.0, but I must reiterate that the marks on the back cover are ink transfer and not soiling.
