Around 1969 our school had a flea market going on one weekend . Some lady shows up with a bunch of silver age comics "marvels " 2 for a nickel they blew out in minutes . I got there to late :frustrated:. My friend Danny bought a bunch of them, we traded all summer. :cloud9: In the pile he had, was Marvel Collectors Item # 1 , Avengers # 24 , Avengers # 25, Spiderman # 33, etc. What great memories!!

6th grade, I remember my friend Todd bringing to school Vampirella special # 1 with the sexy cover & getting in to trouble with the teachers. Of course we Pre - Teen boys loved that cover,"hormones, I know" Still do!! :devil: (thumbs u
