Have to agree fully with Darth... small scan, and you have no idea what that will really grade out at... I've been the proponent that even raw and a 9.0, you will have a tough time finding the book at a bargain. Ebay is the land of the overgrade, and with a scan that small, $61 is a risk in my mind.

 

I doubt you'll find anyone here selling an Avengers 57 that's a solid 9.0 for less than guide raw. Hell, I'd even pay guide or better for a book in that grade.

 

You have to be careful on Ebay of small scans and high grades... unless it's an extremely reputable seller who has solid reputation for grading, I'd stay away... and unfortunately, even guys like aardvarkps who have good feedback, are still lousy graders.
