FS: Ultra Rare GA Ghost Rider #1 Canadian Edition, One and Only

Haven't check the registry lately but last time I looked there was no Canadian copies graded and personally I have never even seen another one for sale or in a collection. Book is in one piece, I'll try and get a back cover scan but I would conservatively say that it is in 2.5-3.0 condition. Considering that there are at least 40+ US copies graded and probably hundreds of raw ones floating around makes the rarity of the edition very interesting. Looking for $310 shipped just about anywhere I can track a parcel to. First gets it.

Awesome book! I have NEVER seen a copy of the Canadian version, and I've been around the block a few times! (1968) I am really intrigued here!
