Big collection for sale in bulk lot (a lot of keys) ($4K) Thread Closed!

So here's the deal: I am buying my first house in a few months, and I need to raise some funds for a down payment. I don't have the time to sell them individually, and I want to move them all as fast as possible, so this should be a good deal for someone (or a group of people to split up as they see fit). I have a list of the top 80% of the collection's value (located here and below), but if you need a FULL list, let me know and I'll try to get it together for you.

 

In addition to the books listed below (and the link), there are another 800+ books included. Most of it is modern runs such as NM or better Ultimate runs (Spidey 2-80+, X-Men 1-60+, FF 1-30+), Grant Morrison's New X-men complete run, a long run of copper x-men (157-286 missing only a few), and a lot of con exclusives. There are plenty of gems in there I probably don't even know about.

 

I priced out the list at about $4200, plus $1 each for the rest (might be conservative) for a total of $5000. I am willing to let it all got for 20% off of FMV so $4000 for the lot.

Shipping on this is tough since it's 3 long boxes and 2 short boxes (1 filled with slabs). I figure whoever wants it will probably want to pick it up, but if not, actual shipping costs will apply.

Oh yeah....forgot to mention...I would trade this for a couple high end books I could move quicky instead of cash. I know it's hard to sell a set this way, but I just don't have the time to do it any other way.
