PGM: Giant Size X-Men #1

Okay... I'm not really sure what "PGM" stands for (Please Grade Me?), but I have a Giant Size X-Men that I purchased off of eBay for the purpose of CGCing. It was advertised as VF-NM. I'm not really sure if it qualifies as VF because while reading it I found a 1 inch tear at the bottom of one of the pages. I have scanned it for your reviewing. I may return it if I think that tear will knock it down substantially. Opinions greatly appreciated!

Forget the tear. The FC URC crease keeps it out of VF/NM. 7.5 IMHO

Though I'm a rookie at this, I'm surprised to hear that the tear on the inside isn't more of a factor.

It is a factor, just not as much as the visible crease on the cover.
