X-men King-Sized Special Grade?

I've had this issue stored in optimal conditions and never had it graded before. the corners are crisp and all intact front and back with nice white cover background and white pages according to owl guide. Straight edges all the way around front & back. All internal pages are intact with no damage. Bottom spine is slightly soft but hardly noticable. This comic doesn't even look like it was put on the store comic rack. Just curious of other opinions. I rarely see this one at auctions like ebay and was wondering what it was worth at a high grade as well?

Wow! Your not kidding looks about the same, I guess the only way to find out is to have CGC pop it under their microscope and disect it.

Awesome book buddy. I love the cover on this King-Sized. Minimum 9.4 NM barring any unseen defects. But great chances at pulling a 9.6 NM+ imho (thumbs u

Agreed, nice chance of a 9.6. It is hard to tell by scans on those square bounds, CGC sometimes is not very generous to the square bounds.
