GOT ONE !!! - Has there been a warehouse find on B&B #106 & #108

After losing 5 heritage auctions for a copy, I finally won a #108 Sgt. Rock 9.8 on ebay for $70.

This seems a bargain for a 20 cent 9.8 white page batman book.

But it will seem less of a bargain if more copies keep coming on the market and they start selling for $20 :P

I once bought a small DC collection from the mid 1960's from a local man. All the books were very fresh looking with excellent page quality. I later found out they had been stored in his attic for 30 years in those 3 packs. He had recently opened them up to put in bags and boards for sale. Without that cheap plastic

those books would have been fried in the attic.

The majority of the B & B's after the Neal Adams run are a bargain. Heck, even the initial Adams issues (#79 - #86) are way undervalued compared to other issues of Adams' BATMAN or DETECTIVE COMICS of the same time period. Especially interesting because (I think) all of the B & B's were Adams pencils and inks while a lot of the others were inked by Giordano (no slight to that man who is exceptional is his own right).
