You should file an NPI no matter how small the price, that way you can avoid negs like this. Admittedly eBay are *spoons* for not pulling the neg down, but the NPI will cover your hide.

Gav, even if you submitted a Non-Paying Bidder dispute, doesn't the buyer still have the ability to leave feedback?

 

I didn't think eBay had made it where they couldn't, but I may be wrong.

 

Yes he can leave a neg but it will go away once the NPB goes through the 10 ten process.

So I'm told... hm

 

The problem is this transaction was over two months ago and I just forgot to send eBay an email to get my fees back.

 

I cant send it now.

Sorry to hear that. Do you have only 45 days to submit a Non-Paying Bidder dispute? That is the pits, no matter the timing.

I'm not wild about Ebay myself lately, yet it's still the best place around to list things you'd rather not keep forever...and I find the less I spend, the more coupons they send me...so if you really spent a million $$ and stop, you are going to get a LOT of coupons..

(cause I sure never spent anywhere near that, and I keep getting these offer thingys;)

I loved when they sent me an 8% coupon last week, and I had 5 days within which to spend it.

 

8%? Wow, made me feel very valued, but I guess it is better than nothing.
