Monterey slabs and raw

Over the next week or so I will be listing a group of books that were originally from the Montery collection. These books were purchased from the original owner and held by another collector since the early 90's. Monterey books are known for having beautiful color and gloss with fresh pages. The books were from an original owner collection that was sold throughout the late 80's and early 90's without clear documentation. For this reason CGC did not give the collection a pedigree status.

 

This first group is a misc. lot of slabs that were graded when CGC was new, as you can see from the old style label. Some of the slabs have cracks. All books will be sold as fully refundable if not satisfied. Any book in a cracked slab has been fully inspected to insure that the crack does not affect the grade.

 

I expect about another 100 raw books from this collection within the next week.
