There will be a couple books like this one where I grade it a 9.8. This means I have a strong, greater than 60% probability that the book will get a 9.8 from CGC.

 

If it gets a 9.4 or below you can return it plus I'll add $5 (I'm assuming you submit it in bulk and prescreen at the 9.6 level)

 

I'm not guaranteeing a 9.8 and a 9.6 will not get a return. (OK, I'll refund the $12 for the book but not the grading fees) If you think this return policy is unfair, then please don't buy it with the attempt to submit for the 9.8.

 

Most 9.8's in this era price around $30-$40.
