Shipping within the US starts at $5 for Priority Flate Rate envelope, $8.50 for Priority box up to 2 lbs. and $10 for Priority Flate Rate box. Shipping to Canada varies and will be exact. Insurance is required on all purchases of $200 or more.

TOS 96 CGC 9.0 white pages

 

Bought this as a raw NM and paid $150 for it. It looked NM when I received it and don't agree with CGC on this one. Looks much better then the assigned grade.
