He'd actually shoved that book and a #17 also sold as NM ito the same bag. The large scans in the listings were in seperate bags so I reckon he screwed the corner up himself.

I'll say it again but that sucks, the guy obviously hoped he would find someone who did not know how to grade. I would certainly try my best to get my money back

Thats the thing, Whiy not just put up some decent scans and make a statement like 'it's in great condition just see for yourself' instead of using buzzwords that they have no idea what they mean

He's offered a full or partial refund so once I get that through I'll tell all. I may take it to Comics General as I've found other stuff out about him sice yesterday.
